Mid season dates:
01/10/09 – 31/10/09, 17/01/10 – 31/01/10

High season dates:
18/09/09 – 30/09/09, 23/12/09 – 17/01/10.
5 night minimum stay.

Triathlon:
30/10/09 – 3/11/09
3 night minimum stay.

Our Tariffs - are subject to change without notice. When a booking has a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.

Our Cancellation Policy – for bookings cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival deposits refunded less booking fee of $60. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date can only be refunded if we can resell the same booking dates.

	Cot (including linen), high chair and strollers available for rental
	Cancellations - deposits fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival date (less $60 dollar booking fee)
	Deposits refunded within 30 days only if subsequent booking can be made for same dates.
	All apartments are fully self contained.
	Each penthouse has rooftop terrace with BBQ, spa and sauna.
