Mid season dates
6/10/08 – 31/10/08, 16/01/09 – 31/01/09

High season dates
20/03/08 – 24/03/08, 20/09/08 – 5/10/08, 20/12/08 – 15/01/09.
5 Night minimum applies.

Triathlon – minimum 3 night stay - 29/10/08 – 3/11/08.

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. When a booking has a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.

Cancellation policy –
Bookings cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival deposits refunded less booking fee of $60.
Bookings cancelled after that only refunded if we can resell same dates.

	Cot (including linen), high chair and strollers available for rental
	Cancellations - deposits fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival date (less $60 dollar booking fee)
	Deposits refunded within 30 days only if subsequent booking can be made for same dates.
	All apartments are fully self contained.
	Each penthouse has rooftop terrace with BBQ, spa and sauna.
